- DON’T BURY YOURSELF UNDER THE WEIGHT OF YOUR YESES
What are you taking with you this year that aligns with your core focus — and what are you leaving behind that isn’t? – Purge and prune.
- IDENTIFY RESOURCES TO NAVIGATE OBSTACLES
What obstacles are in your way inside of what you’re committed to this year? What resources do you already have (or need to get) to navigate the inevitable obstacles that come with business growth? – Identify and ask for help.
