I’m proudly Italian, which means I talk with my hands, love to cook (and eat!) with joy, and believe in balancing hard work with deep nourishment.
At 30, I discovered Flamenco. With extreme performance anxiety, and no dance background, just courage and curiosity. It became one of my greatest teachers in confidence, presence, and expression.
I’m a highly sensitive introvert who finds my recharge in stillness, sunshine, and the rhythm of nature.
I bought a one-way ticket to Europe; no plan, just a vision and the courage to follow it.
